Re: Tinwë the brave!
Awww, little Tinwe, happy 2 and a half birthday. Glad you got the ok at the vet and you were such a well behaved gentleman. Enjoy the rest of this special day. So many special treats but well deserved. Snoozing not partying is ok at your age. Just rest, knowing how special you are to Mum and more of us besides.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Aww, Happy Belated 2 1/2 Years Birthday, precious Tinwe! It sounds like you and your mum had such a great day celebrating the amazing YOU! A delicious, new baby food, peas, and broccoli sound marvelous. I had to giggle at your "sticky paws", lol. I'm so relieved that you and your mum had such excellent news concerning your health at the vet visit. I will be praying with all of my heart that you will continue to do well and will have an opportunity to celebrate many more special occasions with your loving mum.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Tinwë says "Thank you dreamtree, I really appreciate you stopping by to wish me a happy birthday when it's such a sad time for you, I'm sending you lots of whisker kisses, they might be a bit smelly as I managed 4 mealworms for breakfast today!"

Happy belated 2 and a half birthday Tinwe.
I hope you enjoyed your special day and your new baby food and all your birthday treats.
Pleased to hear that Tinwe vet visit went well and that he isn't in any pain.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Thanks SKB & Lizzy
My little fluffy dumpling had 3 really good days after his trip to the vet perked up quite a lot, maybe he was trying to prove a point! I think we are really in his twilight days now though, sleeping peacefully most of the time.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Hehee. . . no need to apologize for slightly smelly whisker kisses, Tinwe; I'm thrilled that you were able to thoroughly enjoy your mealworm breakfast the other day! Thanks for the whisker kisses; they sure made me smile at your sweetness. I'm glad that the vet trip helped to perk up your little ham darling. Bless Tinwe; he really is a little, gentle warrior being all determined to keep on fighting to stay with you and hamster on for as long as possible. I do hope that his twilight days will continue to be as peaceful as possible. Huge hugs, Cypher; we are here for you. Please give Tinwe, Zylvan, and Miriel lots of cuddles, too.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Thank you dreamtree & BP.
It's been a bit of an emotional roller coaster the last few days, he had a couple of days when he seemed to lose interest in food & didn't seem so good but then he perked up a bit more, still getting frailer by the day but took more of an interest in his food & yesterday collected up some of the flowers I'd just put out for him & took them back to bed with him, he's sleeping peacefully again right now after having a little piece of apple in bed.
Gentle warrior describes him perfectly dreamtree.
