They are called Whimzees. It is a dog chew but it does one great job with keeping hammie teeth trim it's sugar and fat free. So the treats are pretty healthy. Here in Canada, pet stores sell only sell them in bulk so they can make money, but in the US I found them nicely packaged and you save a good 10-15$
