His Barney cage looks amazing Munch. It's so hard to find the perfect substrate. Although I'm happy enough with Fitch, my current bale is quite dusty. It leaves a thin layer over toys etc.

Thankyou! x

It is isn't it? :/ I swear I have looked at so many possibilities.

Oh really? I hadn't heard that it can be dusty. It would be such a pain if I got a bale like that, having to store a huge block of the stuff and it still make me sneeze. Does that happen often or is it just the odd bale? x

Hi Munch.

It's usually not dusty at all but this one certainly is. It makes me sneeze a little when I'm cleaning the hams out. I hope this is just a dodgy one.

Hopefully it is just a bad one then. I've almost convinced my mum to let me store one in the house. It's an even bigger problem now, because now we have a guinea pig cage and a big storage box of his hays and food where the bale would have gone!

Thanks though. x
