Default "Sunfire" hamster?

I recently picked up Phoenix from Petco. She's smaller than a Syrian but bigger than a Robo. It's hard to see in the pic but she has a gray stripe starting on her head and going all the way down her back. Anybody have any idea what she is?

Yeah, if I remember right sunfire is another name for mandarin and by my understanding of it mandarin is a hybrid only colour gene really.

She's a campbell hybrid to my eyes. Looks like Argente coloring or maybe Blue Fawn--hard to tell without more photos. Very cute ham!

(She does not look like a mandarin hybrid to me, as those tend to have more of a winter white body shape).

I have had a Manderin Hybrid & they are more Ginger orange color to start with then mine's fur faded to look more like Argente.

Baby Manderin Mandy:

More Argente Girl Mandy She must of been 18 months old here:

Looking at the first picture of Mandy & your Sunfire they do have similar colors

Yeah, one of the local Petcos plays that trick - it's a hybrid dwarf ^^ Really, they just want you to pay more for her.
