Not worried she is a great pet, but thats why I posted in the hybrid section and not the WW section. You would be surprised what pets end up in shelters, but from what I hear finding a pure WW over here or in England can be hard. I am just glad Serafina has a home with us and hopefully she is too.
Just remember then to keep an eye out for issues like diabetes.
finding a pure ww in england is hard but there are us breeders out there (usually part of NHC) but in america i only know of two breeders who brought in pure stock...considering the size of the country thats making it basically impossible!
as others have said being part ww can allow her to try to moult, it is triggered by darkness so by keeping her somewhere better lit she will return to normal colouring...
Unless its something from her campbell side.. campbells can silver with age and so occasionally hybrids will as well...
Its also really important to remember that with hybrids they can look identical to either species, winter white or campbell, but that doesnt stop them being hybrids, but in this little ones case its quite clear from the shape
