wheel
Apologies if this has been mentioned before. I have been looking through threads for about an hour and haven't seen anything!
Anyway -has anyone bought the trixie wheel that looks wodent wheel style? It's a lot cheaper which may equal it's rubbish but thought i'd ask in case!
Thanks
Lisa

Re: wheel
If you mean the one availible on zooplus and equinecaninefeline called the safe rodent wheel or something, that's like 11inches. I've just ordered one
They have only briefly Been mentioned before but are aparently just as good as wodent wheels if not better!

Re: wheel
Good plan! I can't wait for mine to arrive, hoping it will fit in the cage

Re: wheel
Yeah it is a lot bigger than an 'ordinary' wheel that would come with a cage (that would be too small for syrians anyway) just make sure that you have room! Its 11 inches and then I suppose a couple off the ground on the stand. Its had some good reviews though! Let us know how you get on with it

Re: wheel
Would you like a review of mine once it arrives f1vebyf1ve?
Either to help your desicion, let you know what to expect and help other members.
I would make a seperate thread to avoid hogging yours!

Re: wheel
Have a hamster heaven and in theory it should fit. Take up a big chunk of precious floorspace tho! Rolly was rubbish as she just chewed off the spindle and she doesn't fit in the wooden one -she's too wide! Bless her. She is a pet shop hamster but weighs 200g - not fat -just big! Our other hamster appears to be a runt. Definitely a boy but ahem not very well endowed shall we say, and is still pretty small even though he is now about 8 months old.
