Default Good shelves for horizontal bars?

Good evening all

My syrian loves to climb. I'm wanting to add some extra shelves to her Barney cage. I bought some small round ones with just one fixture, I thought I'd do kind of a ladder, but she's a big girl and I find they bend the bars too much as she climbs.

I thought maybe a corner shelf would be better, I've just bought a cheap one off Amazon to try. Or should I buy free standing structures for her to climb instead? I don't want to use hammocks because she's a chewer.

Does anyone else have this cage or similar and have the same problem?

Thank you

I've used trixie shelves in the past in the alaska and savic plaza, sometimes you have to just saw a tiny little bit off one corner for them to fit. If the corners on the barney are quite square, you might not even need to saw a bit off them.

You can get ladders like what you're describing here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Chinchill...QAAOSwLDtfQmL2 This one might not bend the bars so much.

My ghost loves to climb too. The bars of the Barney are so narrow so that may be why so it may be worth considering free standing climbing toys. I agree hammocks would be problematic
