Question Is 720 sq inches too small?

Hello!

I was thinking about building an enclosure with the dimensions: 36in length, 20in width, and 20in depth- giving it a total floorspace of 720in. Is this too small for a Syrian? And if it is, is it still too small for a Dwarf?

Thank you!
