Thumbs up Here's what I already have for my hamster

Attachment 50862

(I hope this works, I've never did a post with an image)

Hi, so this is what I have so far. The cage size is 80x60x33, but I will show it with more perspectives once I've put the mesh, which will only be possible next week. The substrast is Chipsi Carefresh, 14l and 10l, and since I've never had an hamster, I didn't know if a pack of these was enough, and so I bought two
The other items are just a bottle for the water, and a shovel. And I bought all of the rest, such as food, a wheel, and sand, but I bought on other petshop online, so it will only come next week... The cartoon box, I don't know what to do with it, and the other plastic box, I was thinking it would be enough to make a transport cage?
And I also want your opinion and help, to improve more, if possible.
I'm also starting to make some toys based on tutorials, or images I found, and a house. All out of Popsicles sticks... Is that safe? I'm using hot glue, but I removed all the excess with a X-ato (I don't know how you call it in English), because I thought the hamster might chew it, and of course I don't wanted him/her to chew the hot glue.
But I only did one toy with hot glue, because I tried with white glue (non toxic) and it would not stick together, even after a day of waiting. So that's why I used hot glue. But I will buy another glue, and try again with another toy.

In conclusion, I just wanted to show you what I had so far, because I'm too excited, and I can't wait to receive the other package, with the rest of the stuff, ventilate the bin cage and finally buy my first hamster!!!

It looks excellent. This post is better than the duplicate one as the picture comes out a better size so easier to see On the other one, you have embedded the photo but it needs resizing first to about 650 pixels wide so it fits on the forum page Various apps for resizing photos available but its easier to choose pixel width rather than per cent for resizing.
