Default Trixie sandblasted grape vine safe?

https://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small.../stairs/300214

Are the sandblasted grape vines from Trixie ok for hamsters? I wanted to check before i put it in her cage. It's large but the tank is big so i can put it in sideways so it's safer for climbing

Thank you

Yes. Grape vines are safe. I use the Trixie branches in my tanks. The shape you get is completely random. I have one branch that's quite tall and another that's more compact. I partially bury the tall one when I use it for my hamster to reduce the height.

Like Sushi, I have a couple of these too. Mine are both quite long but one has more slender "branches" that spread out quite a bit, and the other has thicker, knotted branches that don't stray far from the main branch, if that makes sense. Carbon seems to like his, he likes to clamber over the lower parts of the branch

Yeah i got a decent sized one, its not too bad but not safe upright. Thanks very much for confirming, i always get paranoid about adding things into the cage in case they're bad for them. Do you know if birch wood is safe? I had a woodlands filled birch wood small log, i think you can get carrot or parsley, just wondered if that's fine for her too?

My hamsters a climber, she's up the bed, in the drawers, she even climbed up an exercise mat and on a giant rose i have in my room so i figured a branch would be good for her for after she's had her run at night
