Savic Plaza
It turns out you can get the Savic Plaza cage in the USA! Of course, I've only seen it on Amazon so far - a source some members(myself included) may be inclined to avoid.

This is one of the most expensive cage options at roughly $200 USD. For about half the cost you can get the Kevin 82 for example which is roughly 80 cm x 50 cm, not to mention the potential DIY options for cages with more floor space. It is a good option to have on the market though!

Re: Savic Plaza
Wow. It will be expensive due to the import costs I guess.

Re: Savic Plaza
I checked the cost in the UK compared to the cost here, and it is insane how different the cost is. The cost has practically doubled!

Re: Savic Plaza
Yes i was shocked by the price. I honestly don't think it is worth it. I think it is expensive in the UK especially when you compare it to the price of the Alaska. I really wish they made a 100cm Alaska cage.
I have only ever bought the plaza with money off so been a little bit cheaper than the £75. But $200 is ridiciulous

Re: Savic Plaza
At $200 I could make an absolutely massive DIY cage - more than twice the space of the Plaza, and it would hold more substrate. I probably wouldn't even have to spend the full $200 if I'm being honest.
I do still think it's a somewhat viable option in the UK. There are lower cost options even in that scenario, but it is a good looking cage - just very high cost and not exactly perfect.
Thinking about it even further, my project to create what I've called a "frankenbin"(essentially combining multiple bins in such a way that you have uninterrupted continuous floor space - this has been done by others) was going to be less expensive and still no less than double the size of the Plaza. That project probably would cost a similar amount at the moment as it is difficult to get the specific bins I was going to use(they're seasonal and may not even be available - if they are they're probably much more expensive), but if planned well I could probably keep it around half the cost(maybe less) without including any supplies for setting the cage itself up.
