Default Thoughts on this cage?

Hello!

I am trying to replace my hamsters cage as hers is much too small, she is a young syrian and I am either trying to build her one myself or I might buy this one, has anyone used this cage or know anything about it?

Thank you!

That's a realy good cage. It's just abough the recommended size. It has lots of levels to add lots of toys and a ground level to have a deep layer of bedding. The only thing I would say is that it is wooden so you have to watch for chewing of the wood which is OK but there is a small risk of escape so I would just keep an eye on it and the wood could soak up their little wee spot which could begin to smell so you could find a pet safe varnish but I'm still trying to find a good one but my recommendation is to look out for the toilet spot and then just place a hamster potty with the right material inside.
Hope this helps.
I have a similar cage
