Default Bin cage UK dwarf

Hi everyone! I've been researching into a bin cage for a while now, and with my wheel, toys, hides and bottle situations sorted i'm now looking for a bin. I was set on buying this one (i'll link below as the amazon link is very long lol) but after reading some more on here apparently some bins are much smaller internally than is measured inside? If this is true and this bin is not suitable can anyone suggest any that is suitable, can be purchased on amazon for around £20~ and can be delivered to England?

Thank you for everything!
ps. I love this forum it has literally educated me more than any pet shop i've been to

This one is bigger and cheaper (not sure about p&p)

Have you got anything to make breathing holes or any mesh? Generally people agree that the minimum dimensions be 80 X 50cm. This is a little smaller than that but with time you can always upgrade to something bigger or get a second box and cut the side of merging the two.

I was planning to drill holes in the lid for breathing holes, as I don't really have anything to sort out a mesh front/lid (even though it would be easier to interact and have better ventilation). For the bin itself i have like around 80 X 40~ cm however if necessary i could find a way to fit an 80 X 50~ bin but not much bigger xD . Ideally I would love to give more space for him but my room isn't the biggest and I never planned on having 2 separate cages for my boys so my limited space is even more limited lol.

Oh you already have hams? Wild guess, fighting?

I had the Wham 110L for my roborovski and he was fine in it...until I decided to stack another bin on top and it caved in on itself...he was fine though. I think providing you use the space wisely you should be fine! What's your current set up like? Have you seperated your hamsters?

Drilling holes is not adequate for ventilation, no matter how many you add. You'd have to use actual mesh for that. One potential tool for bin cage making that nobody ever seems to think of is a wood burning knife.

I have recently converted the 133l Christmas tree box from Wickes £15 which is adequate for a dwarf and added six meshed windows plus a vented lid.
Drilling holes alone is definitely not enough ventilation and you would be better off buying a £30 Alaska cage from Zooplus.

Ah okay, glad I checked first then ^-^ I will find an alternative to a bin cage then as I don't have the required tools at the moment. The cage I like the most at the moment is the Alaska like Ria P suggested so I'm going with that for now ^-^ (ps. This is from another one of my posts, but the new wheel is much loved by the robo!)

Are you looking for a cage for a Robo?

My Syrian lives in an Alaska which is a great cage but i don't think its suitable for a Robo because of the bar spacing on the corners.
Here's a photo to show you what i mean.

My Robo lives in a fishtank with a DIY meshed lid.

Robo's are wonderful and I wish I could have more. The downside is to find adequate housing for them. Either you find a suitable bin (which i'm struggling to find) or pay £40+ for cage in the plastic cover style. >.< There seems to be a lack of duna style cages in comparison to barred.

Oh wow that bar spacing does seem a little large for my robo lol, are there any other cages around that price? I can't really go above that kind of range (£20-£40~)

edit-
would something like this be okay? Its a little more expensive than i'd like but if its my only option I can probably get it
