Aldi bird feeders
Last year i bought a lovely ceramic toadstool bird feeder from Aldi which Gordon uses.
This year they have them in the shape of birds so i got a robin for Henry.
I think that hamsters like to eat while in a shelter, my trio anyway. They all hopped into the ceramic feeders rather than sitting outside them to eat.
I cut the hanging wires off and they're only £5.99. They would also make a nice porch. Thought i'd mention it and add a photo.

Aww, how cute is that? Your little hamster inside the robin.
That's a lovely set up. Your hamster looks so happy and relaxed.

He's very chill to be honest. Even if I'm adding something new in he's all over me and it, can't wait for me to put it down so he can explore properly. My last hamster got very spooked when I added something new...even a cardboard tube

I use candle holders in a similar way. Me and Eddie play with an owl that's lots of little holes on its belly made for the light to shine through. He has to sniff out which hole I'm posting the sunflower seed through. I like to think of it as the hamster equivalent of the batak challenge.
