That's a huuuge log, would it be possible to cut it up?

Lol...yes, maybe we can. Will see if we can cut the log without it crumbling - good idea☺️☺️

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
So, the last shipping resulted in a massive log that I think could be used for a dog. More shipping just arrived...I ordered a log that I thought would go lovely with the decor....lovely decor for an ant!
Hahahahaha! Have included a picture...hahahaha
I have no idea what I could actually do with it! It’s so tiny! It also said it’s natural bark but it’s plastic/something hard.

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
Decor for an ant indeed! It looks like a product that's actually marketed towards betta fish that I've seen, so definitely not something that would be remotely useful to Ragna unfortunately.

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
Yeah, I'd make a wild guess and call it resin (fancy name for plastic, I'm told). It does look more suitable for betta fish.

I wasn’t impressed! At least I can use the giant log for something - hahaha!

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
I do like the cage setup it has come along very nicely. Great that you have modified it for more bedding. lol the log! Pretty sure I bought that same log or a very similar one years ago for my robos and it was much too small too!

Your cage set up helped me so so much with getting all my items. I cannot thank you enough for the ideas. It’s getting there...I want to add more bedding but don’t want to fiddle until I do a clean in a couple of weeks.

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
You’re welcome Yeah probably best to not fiddle around with it too much. It does look fine but I know what you mean, it can take a while to get it ‘perfect’.

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
Here’s a video of Ragna’s adjusted cage set up. I’ve explained the reasoning behind it etc. Ragna makes his appearance at 3.38....
