Re: Ragna’s cage set up
The camera has finely arrived! I can’t wait to set it up and see what Ragna gets up to in his cage at night. Will send pictures of it set up once we do it today. This camera is really awesome! Thanks Luna’s mom for the idea...really can’t wait to see what Ragna does at night.

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
That looks amazing - loads of enrichment My only safety observations would be (just to be careful) - on the first pick, the bendy bridge fence, if fallen on top of the ends - could cause injury - I've seen in a German cage, small pieces of hemp mat stuck onto the sticking up ends! Although it may be you have something above that so it can't be fallen on - a fall from the ramp shouldn't cause injury but might if it was an awkward fall onto the back.
Also is the coconut attached to the bars? I'd be worried it might roll off! With a hamster inside! Assume it is attached to the bars

All those different textures are fascinating! What is all the greenery? Where did you order it from? In fact, would you mind sharing your suppliers? I'm outdoors at the mo and will have another, very close look when i get home.
You must have been a hamster in a previous life to have this kind of insight, lol.

Ok, I will get that sorted. Thanks so much for seeing that☺️ The coconut is wedged in but the thought of Ragna rolling warrants it to be secured more - lol! Thanks!
Thanks again, I will take a video of him getting fed by hand etc - feedback is always appreciated.

Lol...I actually said to a Ragna’s lid that this is as good as it’s going to get for any hamster...lol!
I’ve attached pictures of what I ordered. Don’t order the zoo med hubbahut...it’s too small even for dwarfs. Also, don’t get the 10 inch log...that’s the huge one, unless you’re looking for a doorstop or traditional weapon - lol!

Re: Ragna’s cage set up
Great, thanks for the info. It's moss and wheat sprays i'm looking for but would really like the grape vine for Henry's cage too (where?). I take it that the frog moss is ok for hamsters to (possibly) nibble on or it wouldn"t be in Ragna's cage?

I looked on the net and there was a thread from another forum saying that the moss was ok. I also got it off YouTube from someone who had a natural habitat - also was worried. I got my wheat sprays off Desertcart. They deliver to UK too. You change the country at the top.
