My easiest way to cut a plastic storage box for bin cage
Hi everyone,
I decided last week to make a storage box cage for my russian dwarf hamster and was looking for tips on the internet.
I used an Ikea Samla box.
I wanted to say that I found a jigsaw as being the easiest way to cut the holes in the side of the box. Just in case any one is looking up the same questions as me.
The lid is hard to cut with a jigsaw as its thinner and splinters. But the sides are very easy. The jigsaw goes through them like a knife through butter!
