Tricks for keeping our hammys cool
So, since it's getting warmer I was wondering if there were some things I could do to keep my Syrian nice and cool. He has one mug that I left in the freezer for a few hours and replace every day, but do you think I should leave it in the fridge as it seems too cold when I bring it out so I've been leaving it on a window sill to let it warm a little before adding it to the cage. Are there any tricks you do to keep your hamster cool? I'm replacing his water bowl when he wakes up so it's nice and cold when he first has a drink.
Maybe hand feeding him refrigerated fruit and veg since that's cold?
Thanks, everyone!
