OK, Does Megazorb Smell?

This topic is one that frustrates me so much simply because it's so hard to get a proper and overall response so any feedback would be deeply appreciated thank you!

So I'm planning to use Megazorb in a mix in order to get a good, durable and non-smelling substrate. People report a weird odour coming from there like a farm or cow smell is what I've heard. However, others say this only depends on how you store the bedding and if so what's the best way to store the package so it doesn't stink.

Has this bedding filled your room with a stench or have you had no problems and recommend Megazorb?

I’ve never personally used Megazorb, but I’ve also never heard of it having a smell either. I’d assume it’s all probably down to where you purchased it from. Do note, however, that any bedding will smell when it is soaked in urine!

I’ve used Megazorb for a while now and I’ve only ever had one bag that has smelt a bit musty and I think it was because of how it was stored at the shop’s warehouse as I’ve not had that issue since changing to a different supplier. Millbry Hill have been pretty good but I’ve managed to get my last batch from a local store.

I have a big bag, there's not been a bad odour.
Bit musky but not overpowering or like mould.
Like a cardboard box smell.
I love this bedding and so does my hamster
