It is hardly any bigger than the mini duna if at all to be honest and its absolute maximum floor space is 340 square inches, the internal area will be even less. That’s significantly below even US standards which are quite low to begin with so I don’t think it should be considered suitable at all really. Yes there are a couple of hamsters who might do better in a smaller cage but it is only a very small proportion.

Yes you're right - it's a starter cage really. Although 360 square inches did used to be considered a minimum at one time, and 60 x 40 cages with levels were seen as ok at one time as well. It just doesn't even quite make 60 x 40!
