help with wheel
hey guys!
i’ve been having trouble with my trixie excersise wheel hitting the stand, making it not turn as long and as fast as it should. i ordered a new one because i loved it before.
it just arrived and it came with the same problem! i tried to make it looser at the back but the thing won’t turn. i helt it away from the stand and the wheel was working perfectly, it’s just hitting the stand.
is there anything i can do to get any of the 2 wheels back to normal again?
thanks!

Re: help with wheel
Unfortunately the clanky noisy state seems quite normal for this wheel (assuming you mean the plastic one). Sometimes they start out fine then go downhill after a few months, might have something to do with a heavy Syrian in there and the wheel not being sturdy enough. Some people have had them work just fine though so I think it's luck really. Not entirely sure on any fixes but I would just invest in a better wheel that'll actually last, instead of just replacing this one again. You might be able to return this new one.
