The best really silent wheel is the silent runner (not silent spinner!) but there's a thread here on suitable wheels that might help.
Guide to suitable hamster Wheels

12" Silent Runner! The flying saucer is way too small! It will be very frustrating for your hamster. Our last Syrian was very large and heavy and managed to break a couple of wheels by thundering away on them so not surprised the saucer is rattling with even a small syrian on it!

They do better with an upright wheel as they run better but it can be nice to have a saucer as well but all syrians need the 12" saucer. If you have a Zoozone though, the 12" Silent Runner won't fit I think - it's 35cm tall on it's stand and I seem to remember the maximum height of the Zoozone 2 is quoted as 36 cm or 37cm but internally it's slightly less. It might fit in the central if you measure the internal height but you need a good 1 cm of clearance so it doesn't catch and rub. The alternative would be a senior wodent wheel which is good for a Syrian and both easily available. With that you may need something heavy on the base/stand under the substrate as they can move around otherwise - eg a ceramic tile sitting on the base under the substrate to stabilize it.

This is the Silent Runner. Exotic Nutrition are also the cheapest place to buy wodent wheels I believe.

Senior wodent wheel - I think this would be the better option for the Zoozone - it will definitely fit (unless it's the smaller Zoozone 1). Not classed as silent but they are usually pretty silent. And an ideal size for a Syrian hamster. Unless your Syrian grows very large then you might need a deeper wheel. The wodent wheel is quite compact at 7cm deep.

If it's the Zoozone 1 you have then only an 8" or 9" wheel would fit.

I've heard Trixie 11" is quite good however im not too sure on how silent it is.
Silent runner 12", depending on the height and size of your cage and hamster they have it in a 9"-and The Wodent Senior wheel. I wouldn't trust the Kaytee 12" silent spinner as I've heard quite a lot of complaints about it breaking.

The wodent wheel junior is an 8" wheel (20cm). You'd be better with the Trixie 28cm wheel really. The senior wodent wheel 11" is never in stock at petplanet which is the only place in the Uk that sells them. Or the 11" wood Trixie wheel which is silent and lovely and sturdy. A pot clear plastikote costs about £4 and it literally takes about 10 minutes to paint the wheel part and running track. I then do a second coat next day and it's dry within a couple of hours - although I leave it longer than that before putting it in the cage so no sticky feel left to it.

What cage have you got? Is it a height issue you're thinking of.

If you have enough space for both a 12" flying saucer and an upright wheel then get the saucer asap while you think about the wheel Because she will go bonkers without a working wheel in the cage!

I ended up getting the Trixie wheel, I’ll she how that wheel is.

This is her first upright wheel so I hope she likes it and doesn’t hate me for taking her flying saucer away.
