Is this bedding safe?

Saw Kaytee Clean & Cozy Extreme Odour Control, was wondering if it’s actually safe for use for hamsters? Also wanted to know in general, is Kaytee C&C and Aspen dusty? They make claims that it’s 99.9% dust free but I have people complaining to me that there’s a good deal of dust in it. I’m trying to compare the dustiness between Kaytee C&C, Kaytee Aspen, Oxbow Pure Comfort, and Carefresh. If you have used or are using any of these brands of bedding, please let me know your thoughts and opinions!

I have no idea on the Kaytee C&C Extreme Odor Control bedding as Ive never seen or used it. I searched it up and it looks okay, I didn’t see any scented stuff in it and its dust free. Ive never tried Kaytee C&C Aspen but I have heard it is dusty too. I would look at reviews online about it. I find the colored Carefrsh to be a bit dusty but that has only been in one bag. Ive never seen Oxbow Pure Comfort but it looks fin, hopefully someone else will help you with that. My all time favorite bedding is Kaytee C&C (the regular, white), it holds up burrows really well.

I use Kaytee extreme for Ghost's cage as substrate and bedding, he loves it compared to the wood shavings he used to have as substrate.
I use the plain white Kaytee as I don't like the coloured ones.

I can't find any useful info on Kaytee Clean & Cozy Extreme Odour Control, I would have a look at the packaging to see how it differs from normal clean & cosy just in case it has anything added.
