Update!!

Stephy is doing so much better now! The soft food diet and extra veggies had really helped him regain his strength! When I made this thread I honestly thought he’d only have a week or so left before he passed but now he’s the healthiest I’ve seen him in a long time. His eyes are shiny and his coat is softer and thicker!

He’s started eating some solid food again and drinking from a water bottle. I even put a wheel back in his cage and he’s been having a light stroll in the evening!! I’m still feeding him soft food as well to make sure he’s eating enough tho.

His weight is 34g which is better than the 27g it was! When he was young and healthy he only weighed 40g so I think 34g is pretty good considering.

So glad to read this positive update. I love the idea of him having a light stroll on his wheel!
