Default Hammock

My dwarf hamster has this hammock: https://www.pet.co.nz/product/small-...t-hammock/5949 (only smaller ones). Hammock is not very fluffy. Are it safe or should I use it on the other side (green)? Hamster don't chew that hammock.

I personally would be concerned about using it in your ham's cage without your supervision because it is made with nylon and padded with imitation lamb wool. I would be afraid that although your ham does not chew it currently, it doesn't mean that your little one may not have the desire to do so later, when you aren't watching. The wool could be a choking hazard so I wouldn't take the chance. Sorry.

I also don't think its worth the risk due to the material the hammock is made from - as if the hammock is chewed the material could cause internal blockages if ingested so I personally wouldn't risk it.
