Default Trixie wheel

Can this wheel be removed from the axle? I want to lubricate it with oil, but afraid to break

It's been a while since I had a trixie wheel but from what I remember I don't think you can take them apart.

I agree with Cypher difficult to take apart with out damaging them, if you want to lubricate it try literally a tiny drop or two no more of vegetable oil onto the spindle at the back of the wheel that should be enough.
