Question Dilemma

Ok so I got two hybrid dwarfs females. they are currently in a 84 litre realy useful box bin cage I read in a few places before I got them that getting a pair they usually get on better in a slightly smaller habitat and i measured external measurements not internal.
I now realise this is too small for all their stuff so they have enough hides two toilets two wheels and all the other stuff that goes with them. They are still small I only got them two weeks ago and they were 8 weeks when I got them i don't know how much more they will grow and whether they will continue to get on. So I was going to wait till i've had them 2 months then they will be 4 months and at sexual maturity? and then i plan on DIYing them a bigger cage. So my two options are get an IKEA Bitrade and some plexiglass for the front or just build something from scratch with laminated wood and plexiglass? any opinions on either option?
I'm thinking of going with the Bitrade because its so cheap and the dimensions are not far off what I would go for any way (I was thinking 70x80cm with about 50cm depth).
They like digging so I would rather go with something with solid sides rather than a traditional bared cage.
Any opinions or options welcome!

I think this 145 litre RUB box would be a good option. It's 81cm x 62cm x 43 cm tall #

They are annoyingly the external measurements again the internal measurements are 71 x 54 with a 40cm height. They are a lot smaller on the inside

I have one & they are a good size, it surprising what a difference the straight sides make, I found I could easily get as much in there if not more than in a 80x50cm cage like the hamster heaven or similar.
