Question Cable Ties Safe to Use for Bin Cages?

I am thinking of making a bin cage for my, Hammie, Pearl but rather than using nuts, bolts, and washes to keep down the mesh, I thought of using coloured cable ties:
The thing that scares me is that it says, "Fluorescent."
Am I overthinking?
Is it safe and okay to use?
Have you used it?

Cable ties are fine to use to attach the mesh on bin cages, ideally your ham won't be chewing them so I don't really see that the colour would matter but you should be able to get plain black or white ones easily enough if you're worried.
