Hi i am new to this forum.I just wanted to know if this bin is big enough for a hamster cage?

It would be ok I reakon but remember that these kind of boxes do tend to slope towards the base and so it would have less floor space than that.

My dwarf hamsters have cages around 80 x 50cm and the syrians around 100 x 54cm.

That looks like quite a good size, I can't remember for sure but I think someone else used those wheeled bins for a cage.
It's a little narrow on the shorter side but it is nice & tall so plenty of room for lots of substrate & a big wheel which isn't the case with a lot of bins.
