Vivariums?
So under advisement from a friend of mine they suggested that I should look up some vivariums as a cage option for my hammies, as Leo and Donny are both being agitating little hams with bar biting.

So far I've come across this vivarium which is the right colour to go with my room but more importantly stackable so I can have both cages together and save space. Whilst it has more than enough length I'm wondering if the depth of the flooring is okay? I already plan to install another level for more roaming space and hoping it would be enough to make up for it.

Re: Vivariums?
You could add a taller piece of wood or something to stop the substrate falling out when the door is opened. Or have a digging box/area.
A vivarium lock is probably needed just in case they manage to push the door open.

Re: Vivariums?
You might be able to get a second hand fish tank which is bigger for the same money, or less if it's not watertight.
When I was looking on gumtree for hams to rehome I saw a vivarium that came with a hamster (which doesn't help you I know) for £30 but what I meant was think what you could find if you actually searched for tank

Re: Vivariums?
I have my hamster in the living world eco habitat which has plexi glas sides if you are looking for a cage without bars. I got it from Zooplus online. Only problem is the lid is quite heavy and not wire so difficult to hang toys from.

@Ruth Edwards
Hmm, I just looked at Gumtree for where I am but sadly nothing acceptable in size but there were some better pricing. I'll have to keep checking on it.
@minnieandhammy
The habitat would be great with a little modification to make them stack for my purpose but £120 a pop for a cage is way out my budget. Might talk to my dad about building something similar.
