Default I just set up her new cage. Any suggestions for improvement is appreciated.

Here's my hamsters cage that I set up. It's a 55gallon aquarium. She seems to like it.

It's an imgur album.

I would add more substrate, make it as deep as you can, flying saucers are ok but hams really do better with an upright wheel & wheels rather than saucers leave a lot more space in the cage for other things so that might be something to think about.
I can't see much of what you have in there really, what kind of house do you have?
A nice big house with no base (even something like a shoebox is fine) is almost always appreciated, you could add things like bendy bridges too for hideouts & things to climb on.
Each ham is different so it really depends on what your ham enjoys most.

Just wanted to say she looks so cute with her head poking out of the cardboard tube like that! Maybe more substrate as Cypher said already.

Your little Princess is so cute peeking out from the cardboard, you can't go wrong with bendy bridges and extra substrate'. Cardboard tissue boxes make great hideouts and keep hams amused.
Agree with Cypher about upright wheels being better, they also take up less room.
What's your little Princess's name!

I have a silent spinner which I'd be more than happy to put in the cage. But she seemed to have a difficult time using it.

I added some additions to the cage. I didn't add extra bedding yet and I will make further adjustments later.

And her name is Mimi. She's a sweetheart.

My Syrian loves rice pops treats & Whimzee chew toys, also baby Gerber puffs found in baby section.

Unfortunately the silent spinner wheels don't work well so that's probably why she's having trouble using it.
There's a guide to wheels here that might help.
Guide to suitable hamster Wheels

Not sure about the house but it may be a bit on the small side for a syrian?

Which house? The blue one or the two story? Even before I got the two story she sleeps in the green tube.
