I'm not up to speed on US cages anymore but if you can get hold of the Machiro Kevin 82 it really is an excellent cage, well made & a good size for dwarf hams, lovely large front door, I've had one for years now & several hams have been very happy living in it.

I'd recommend making a bin cage instead. It's expandable if your hamster shows signs of needing more space(just make sure to do so in a way that actually counts as adding floor space, rather than simply attaching with tubes and such as this would not really help)unlike any premade cage and even expanded will always be one of the most cost effective options. They may not look great, but they do their job perfectly

I personally would recomment an aquarium (minimum 100x50x50 (cm)). It's really pretty, your hamster would have enough space and your hamster are able to use a big hamster wheel (minimum 27cm, so his back doesn't get damaged). And you are able to use a bedding heigh from 20cm so he's able to dig.
