Sweet Lil! I always just leave my hams to their own devices. Let hamsters be hamsters. They're going to nest in odd places, but I've always just let them be. If it's really important to you that Lil goes in the wooden house, then the advice everyone has given you should help. However, it isn't such a bad thing to leave her. After all, she may decide to move her nest anyways

Aww funny Lil. Like Drago, I tend to let them do their own thing! It's good to give them the option of a nice big house to nest in, but if they choose to sleep elsewhere then there's really no problem with that. I'm sure that even if Lil does not sleep in her house, she will have lots of fun climbing all over it!

Pickles is the same! I bought her a big house and called her one evening and she popped out of underneath her Cooling stone! I swear they know exactly what they are doing!

Yep, I agree with you all! I don't think I'm giving dear Lil enough credit - she's an independent femhammy and knows exactly what she wants

She may move in once the new house becomes familiar. Leave it in for a week or so and if she hasn't moved in, try giving the old house back and letting Lil use the new one while she is out of her cage. Playing in/on it for a while may be enough for her to then use it in her cage.

UPDATE -

Shortly after my previous post, I placed one end of her bendy tube at the entrance of her new house.
I was excited to see her rustling through the new house but it seems she was just collecting bedding from there to build a nest within the tube..

I'd really rather her nest not be within the tube as I liked to use it for her playpen sessions and it would be nice if it was still functioning as a tube, but other than that it's fine.

Slowly shorten the tube. It could encourage her to move nearer and eventually into the house.

Another bendy tube may be needed for the playpen though, if it doesn't work.

Not sure how big the house is but our last Syrian refused to use a house if it wasn't big enough or dark enough inside A bendy bridge over the door can make it darker inside and can't be nested in in the same way as a tube maybe. Or make a shoebox house? That's a good size.
