Default Rearranging cage for bigger wheel

As the title says, I need to rearrange the whole cage for my dwarfs bigger wheel, he's outgrown his current and the new one came back today.
I'll have yo move his water bottle, maybe his house, food bowl, to put it in a place he won't get hurt when he flings himself out of it, I don't know why he does this.
I don't want to stress him but it's got to be done, do you think it'll cause too much of a problem?

Some will get a bit stressed by a big change like that but far better to be a bit stressed now & have a good wheel in the long run rather than avoid doing it.
You can make things easier by not doing any cleaning other than essential spot cleaning for a while before & after & putting all the old substrate, nest & even hoard back in after you change things around, it will be a lot less stressful that way.
They usually grow out of flying out of the wheel but if he is still doing that then it is important to make sure he has a safe soft landing so I'd just go ahead & make the necessary changes.

He'll definitely be a bit stressed by it, but I doubt it's anything he won't be able to handle. Just avoid any clean outs or changes after that as cypher says

As the others say, when you do it, don't clean anything so at least everything smells familiar. I am sure a nice new wheel will help distract from the stress and hide some treats for him in the cage as well

Thanks everyone. He was a bit stressed but after an hour or so he was fine, now he's got a wheel twice his size. He looks lost in it but he's so much happier.
