Or a frozen bag of peas wrapped in a towel. The danger with either of those is the towel can be chewed through the bars! I used to opt for a refrigerated mug - two of them. Keep one in the fridge and swap them round.

I got 1 of these & It's much bigger & better than the small 1 I had.

That Rodipet co in Germany has some great specialist ham stuff & their packaging & service is great.
