I don't know about the food or treats you use but the wheel is dangerous, all hamsters must have a solid wheel as those wire ones can really damage their feet & cause a condition known a bumble foot.
I would replace the wheel immediately, the best one to get would depend on which country you're in.
I also noticed it said citrus on the chipsy bag so that would be bad for your ham too, nothing citrus at all should be given, I'm guessing it's a kind of scented substrate? All substrate should be natural with no added scent, it's very important for hams that the substrate only has their scent on it nothing else.

Re: Cage: Security check thing
The wheel will need replacing - mesh wheel aren't safe for a hamster to use and can cause bumblefoot. Wheels with solid running tracks are a lot safer for a hamster to use. Also what species of hamster do you have? As Hamsters need wheels where they can comfortably run with straight back to prevent spinal problems.
Scented bedding is a no as hamster have a very good sense of smell so scented bedding can be very overwhelming and it will overpower their scent. So if you are already using this bedding I would replace it for the carefresh that you have.
Hamster balls are heavily debated to whether they are safe or not - just make sure your hamster is in the ball for no longer than 15mins at a time and also supervise your hamster. Playpen also make good play areas for hamsters.
I don't know about food or treats.

Hello, as said above, you'll need to remove the mesh wheel as it isn't safe for hamsters unfortunately. What species do you have? Knowing that will help us in determining the safety of some things as well as in directing you on what to get. The food seems to be alright quality, but really doesn't contain all the nutrients a hamster needs and also lacks severely in variety. The treats are safe as long as the only thing they contain is banana and alfalfa. As mentioned above, hamster balls really aren't all that good. In my opinion, they shouldn't be used at all. Hamsters explore their world by leaving scent trails and feeling things with their whiskers. Putting them in a ball completely takes these two things away from them. It's just no good, especially when you can instead offer them a playpen. Even just an empty bathtub with boxes and toys in it can make a good play area I would fill the entire base of the cage with bedding if you can. Hamsters love deep bedding as they're burrowing animals. You'll also want to have a non-scented bedding as pointed out above. I'm not sure if the litter is safe or not. As long as it's a hardwood or paper based pellet that is non-clumping and has no additives, you should be fine.
Overall you're doing fine, you should just make a few changes and then you're golden If you have any other questions, please ask

Re: Cage: Security check thing
Thank you for the help. I have a Syrian one(i think that's what you call it in english in my language/swedish/ they are for a direct translation Gold Hamsters/Guld hamstrar/ and does a wooden wheel work i have one but it broke not to long ago but I think i can fix it(probably) otherwise i can just buy another one since they are pretty cheap where i live. And yes it's a scentet substrate but there's an original to with no smell so i'll buy that one instead it was just the citrus one was a lot cheaper now i know why so i'll change that and btw another question is Nature food better for them since i've wanted to buy one with just seeds, vegetables and some dried fruit?

If you mean a wooden wheel then that would be fine, for a syrian you need quite a large wheel, most need about 10" or maybe even bigger depending on how larger your hamster is, syrians do vary a bit in size.
The Brit nature food isn't bad, it has a good enough level of protein & the ingredients look ok, most people here use Harry Hamster food for syrians but I don't know if you could get that.
