Smile Is this an ok cage choice?

Firstly, sorry I keep posting about hamster cages, hopefully this will be the last one!
https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Cages-Pen...c+fantasy+cage
I've read lots of different opinions on this cage, however I was wondering what people think about housing my dwarf hamster in it? He is a winter white and he loves to nest and the top nesting level seems good for this? I am going to add his silent spinner to the cage as I've read that the wheel it comes with isn't very good but I think he will enjoy the levels ect and I will add toys. The main thing is he needs a bigger cage however I don't have much room and I have a specific size limit from my mum as we don't have room for a massive cage. I know that it must have more than one level ect and I've researched the things I need to be careful of and look out for. I have watched a youtube video of a hamster owners channel (a good channel that I watch a lot for hamster advice) and she said it was a good cage as long as more than one level was used. I was initially worried about bar spacing but I have checked on previous posts on here and people have said its fine. I will obviously have to see how it goes but I have found one for a good price & its one of the few cages I'm actually allowed to have and that fits with what is good for my hamster as previous cages that I asked about on here were too small. Any tips on how to edit the cage or things I'll need to look out for or do are welcome! However I think it seems like a good cage?

You forgot to add a link to the cage
Without even seeing it though I will say that nesting on a level is totally unsuitable, they need a house with no base on the floor of the cage with plenty of substrate below so they can burrow down into it, they can't nest on a shelf.
You don't actually need levels at all, it's better to have none than lots of high levels but little floor space, floor space is the most important thing to consider.

I personally wouldn't recommend this cage to be honest. It's only about 308 sq in (782 sq cm) which is on the small side for any species. For a cage to be good, it must be suitable without more than one level since levels don't count as floorpsace. Levels can be used, but these should only be in addition to an already suitable cage. The top level has very poor ventilation and you definitely don't want your hamster sleeping somewhere so stuffy and nasty! There's also more plastic in it than I'd prefer in a hamster cage. Plus, it's pretty expensive for the quality. It would be easier to purchase a large bin (or several connected via cut out side panels+zip ties) rather than this. Bins are customizable and can hold tons of bedding which makes them an excellent choice! You could also look into a cage known as the Alaska. This is a reasonably sized cage and isn't too pricey so if you could get hold of it, it would be much more suitable. If room is an issue, have you considered turning bits of old furniture and such into a cage? I've seen some pretty nice DIY's made from these (of course you'll need to ensure the material/wood is safe or at least block it off if it's not). However, this is always a good option to keep in mind If you have any other questions, please ask!

I'd love to have a bin cage, the one I was going to get I'm not allowed and I'm not allowed a cage much bigger than this. I'm really struggling with cage choices as I don't have much money and don't have enough space for cages such as the zoozone cages ect (however I would love to have one.) I've been told that the Mini Duna Multy & the Ferplast Kios are bad cages as well so I'm stuck. Do you have any idea what I could do?

That cage is on the small side, and the main problem is that the tray is ridiculously small, so you can't provide enough depth of substrate. As cypher and Drago said, levels don't count as floor space, it's better to provide horizontal space than vertical space, obviously it's better if you can provide both, but two floors don't make up for a small surface.

I'm sorry for being such a bummer, but we are only telling you this because you're asking, and it would be a pity that you spend money in something that it isn't suitable

EDIT: And of course, I am no-one to interfere in family matters, but I was in the same position that you are now, and my advice would be to try to convince your mom with facts and information, obviously approaching her from a non annoying and reasonable side, and respecting her final word. With this method I went from a 50x28 cm cage to a 100x 50 cm, you don't need to achieve such a concession, but in my experience talk about hamster needs can help. The esthetic factor is usually a problem with moms, maybe she would be more pleased with a tank style cage or with an ikea hack (as Drago suggested).

Now you posted the link I can say that cage really is totally unsuitable for any hamster.
I think I made some suggestions along with the others in your previous thread so have a look at those.
