Hi Pinkgirl, welcome to HC.
Unfortunately that cage really isn't suitable for any hamster.
If you can tell us which country you are in & which species of dwarf hamster you intend to get then we can make some suggestions for you.

As cypher said, giving us what country you live in and what kind of hamster you're getting can help. The habitrail mini is too small for any hamster. Just to give you a little guide- 360 sq. inches is the bare minimum for cage size, but 450 sq. inches is the recommended minimum. If you live in a country which uses centimeters for mesurement you can just do a quick online search to convert the measurements.

There's a good range of cages in the UK so you should be able to find something you like without a problem.
Robos are tiny but they are also very active little things & need a fair bit of space with lots of toys, hideouts, a good size sand bath & a 20cm wheel.
Some people prefer to keep robos in tank style cages so you could look at the zoozone, I think the zoozone 1 is on the small side tbh the larger zoozone 2 would be good as long as you didn't leave too much open space but you would need to mesh the lid to avoid any possible escapes.
The Kerry from zooplus is quite a nice cage, again a little on the small side but plenty of room for lots of deep substrate, they love to dig & burrow so bear that in mind too when you consider which cage to get.
Some barred cages with narrow bar spacing would be fine too, you could look at the Hamster heaven cage (I recommend using this without the tubes & penthouse attached) the Little Friends Grosvenor Rat and Hamster Cage is another nice cage, the HH cage has a big front door & the Little Friends Grosvenor Rat and Hamster Cage has a large top opening either of which make taming & interacting with you ham a lot easier.

That's the one that I think is a bit on the small side, bearing in mind that you need a bare minimum of 15cm of substrate (preferably more) & then a 20cm wheel (higher than that with the stand) you will find it hard to fit things in, it would definitely be worth considering some of the other cages/tanks before making your final decision.

Red face Re: Which cage for dwarf hammy

I have two girl robo's and I have them in a DIY cage made from the Billy bookcase extension from IKEA. Though it is just a short term home, I am planning to upgrade them.
Plus I dont like wire cages, as I had a syrian that hurt his leg when he was climbing the bars.
Why dont you try making a bin cage as you can buy a large enough clear plastic tub, for half the price than a pet store cage.

I've found that a ZooZone 2 (with mesh) is extremely good. The Mini Multi Duna is also good

I like the multy duna maxi 100 x 50cm. It has a fully opening top and has plenty of space to make interesting set ups.

Have a look at joy georgina on youtube she has some great cage layouts.

I love roborovskis!
