Smile Suitable bin cage?

I'd like to make a bin cage for my hamster and have found a storage box. I've seen it in person but have found it online to ask if it is a good enough size for my dwarf hamster. I will have to modify them to add chicken wire in the lid so air can come in and out. Any tips would be helpful too! Also if this is not a good size could someone recommend the size needed. Thank you!
