Can syrians live well in a Ikea Billy DIY cage ?

Hi guys
I am thinking in having a syrian and they are bigger hamster. So I don't know if a Ikea Billy DIY cage will be good to a syrian.
Can you guys help me ?

the cage is not suitable for syrian since the height of the cage is way too low. You cannot add too much substrate in it and also correct size of wheel wont fit in.

I made this mistake and I bought this cage I had to modify it quite a lot suitable for my syrian and I ended up to change the cage eventually. And it became quite expensive since I had to add 4 shelf unit to make it good size for a syrian and add extra height.

I'd have to agree...it's a little too small.
