Question First Time bin cage help

I'm raising my first hamster right now and, i decided to get a store bought cage, of course taking up most of my money, and after doing more research about hamster care, I'm thinking about trying to make a bin cage and I can follow a youtube guide on the setup. I just need to know, because I can't afford a bigger storage box currently but i managed to find one and I would need some help knowing if it's a suitable home for my winter white, will be using the store bought cage (habitrail twist) as an attatchment for him. and i will add a picture of the box i found. Please let me know if it's okay.

It's kind of hard to tell how big it is as there's not much to give it scale! What are the dimensions of it?

The thing I'd worry about first and foremost though is the height of it. Firstly, will it be tall enough to fit a big enough wheel (though I appreciate you may have that in the Habitrail), and secondly is it tall enough to accommodate enough substrate (3-4" is often recommended) with enough space to walk around and stand up on top of it, and add toys?

I agree with Inkypen, height wise, it's not very good. Hamsters and especially dwarf hamsters, love to have lots of bedding to burrow in. Thus it is important that you have enough height to fit 6-7 inches in AND still have room for the wheel and toys. Something else you want to be weary of is that with a shorter bin, your hamster may be more tempted to escape and has easier access to areas he can chew holes into in order to get out. If you're in the US, there's a bin called the IRIS bin which is a very generously spacious bin with good height. This bin is also relatively inexpensive at $10-$30 in just about any larger chain store! You mention not being able to afford another bin, and your hamster may be OKAY in it for the time being until you get a larger bin, but it can only be for around a few weeks or until you can earn some more money to afford it. Best wishes

Everything they said as well as to make sure you put the hardware cloth in the INSIDE. I made this mistake and it took me hours to bend back the sharp wires within.

As the others have said we do need to know the dimensions of the bin, I just had a look at some crystal bins but can't tell which it is.
You will need enough height for at least 10cm of substrate (preferably more if possible) & a 20cm wheel with a bit of space above so your bin does need to be at least 30cm tall.
It's a good idea to have a bit of a test set up in any bin before you start working on it putting the house, wheel, toys etc in so you can get an idea of how or if it will work.
