Default Hamster wheel keeps me up at night?

What methods do you use to make sure the hamster wheel doesn't keep you awake at night?

I've tried the trixie wheel and the silent spinner and both of them are too loud.

Silent spinners are usually fairly quiet, if they squeak you can put a tiny drop of veg oil on them which may help.
It seems some Trixie wheels are quiet & others really noisy, luck of the draw!
The only really silent wheels I've had are the Karlie wonderland & silent runner.

The flying saucers are very quiet but tracking down the large one for a Syrian isn't always easy. Amazon usually has them. Is the hamster in youth room?

As cypher said, if it squeaks you can try to put some olive oil (or something similar) on it, but you have to be aware that even the most silent wheel is going to make some noise, sometimes you don't hear the wheel itself but if you have light sleep you're always going to hear the tiny paws running on it. I'm talking from experience. The cage is in my room, and If i'm super tired i don't listen the wheel the whole night, but if i'm having troubles sleeping i hear the tap tap tap when he uses it.
