Hi. I can't remember how long she's been in her current cage, but it's not that long is it? It would be a good idea to move everything over to the detolf without cleaning anything to keep the familiar scent (except maybe spot clean the wee corner a teeny bit). Keep all the old substrate and sprinkle it on top of the new (the detolf is much bigger, so you'll want a load of new substrate in there, so you can add the old substrate on top of it). Try and keep as much of the old substrate near the house end as you can so at least part of the detolf smells familiar.
I would try and scoop out her nest in tact if you can and put it in the detolf in a similar location. Plus put a big pile of torn up sheets of white toilet paper in the cage and she can add a bit more to the nest when she wants.
Also try and put things in a similar layout. So house, wheel and toys in a similar location. As you'll have much more space in the detolf you could maybe have the layout the same at one end and have all new set up at the other end so she can gradually explore that end, when she ventures out of the familiar end!
The general rule with a cage change is - move everything across without cleaning it. So avoid the temptation to want to clean everything before putting it in the detolf
In a couple of weeks time you could give the wheel a wipe. Does she use a litter tray?
When you set up the detolf try and set it up so there isn't masses of open space - so in the middle have something she can dive under - a large tunnel or platform or cardboard box or something. And lots of deep substrate will help too
I don't know if you were planning on getting any new toys etc for it, but the cork logs are great when you have space (which you will have). They make something to climb over, but also something dark to hide under a run through. And the texture is natural too.

They usually need a bit of a clean as they can be dusty. I also put things like that in the freezer for 2 or 3 days just to make sure there's nothing alive in it! Then give it a good rinse under the hot tap and let it dry out fully.
Some kind of dark hide/house at one end would be good too. Something big enough for a nest and hoards. She might decide to move her nest into it. A shoebox would do with a hole cut in for the door and that would make a bit of a platform on top too.

Although that was for a Syrian. Lots of hidey places and tunnels and heaps of substrate to dig in or move around.
