Default Reusing old toys?

So after a final clean-out of Mabel's bin cage, I was left with many toys and hideaways - I've tossed the cardboard tubes and some of the well-loved wooden toys she had, and what I'm left with are these:

~a plastic igloo and plastic ramp/hideout, both from PetCo
~ two-story house hideout, which i think is made of particle board, also from PetCo (now that i look at it closer i see a few teeth marks but no major damage)
~ a few CritterTrail tubes my parents got her for Christmas that she never took any interest in

My mom, who was super against having any rodent whatsoever in the house, admitted that my little marshmallow grew on her and she misses her too. She also said that down the road, probably early October, I can bring home another hamster.

My question is: can I use these toys in a future hamster's cage if I scrub them down or disinfect them? Or would it be better to toss them and get brand new toys? I'll be saving up either way for a 40-gallon breeder tank and stand so I wouldn't mind saving a little extra for brand new goodies.

Providing they're still in reasonably good condition and your previous hamster didn't pass away through a contagious illness I don't see any issues with reusing toys.

If they're plastic just give them a good wash, you can also wash wooden toys with vinegar & water and then let them dry completely before reusing them. (I'm not sure if it's water and vinegar or just water with wooden toys - don't use disinfectant on them because the hams could chew the wood and get ill from it)

I reuse similar hamster toys after cleaning with pet safe disinfectant (from the pet shop)
