Shredded toilet roll or J-cloths for bedding?

I have both, but don't know which one is best?
The toilet roll is the cheap tesco value one!

Both are perfectly fine or you can mix them together. For long haired hammies I would use the loo roll as the J cloth bits tend to tangle in males coats

I tend to use toilet roll - both are as economical as each other, but as i only need to purchase toilet roll - she gets sheets from that.

for long-haireds i use the toilet roll style bedding and for short haireds i mix them. For dwarfs i use only the J-cloth stuff.

Oh, and for Megan, i don't use J-cloth because she pouches it and spits it all over the floor
