I think you'd have a very stressed new hamster if you put them in something that small after a change of environment and then another cage move. I think you need to find a more permanent option really.

Oh that's a pain Do you have something like a Pets at home nearby? If it's a Robo then the Hamster Heaven probably isn't a good choice then! Which cage is it you're having delivered on Tuesday?

I should just go down there first thing and get a cage and whatever else you need. You can refuse acceptance of the delivery on Tuesday which means the cage gets returned without you having to pay the return postage, although it's a good idea to email the seller first to say you want to cancel the order so are not going to accept delivery - it's what I was advised to do by Zooplus when another cage got here quicker.

I'm just looking on their website Shame you don't live near me - I've got a Savic Mickey 2XL sitting empty which would be good for a Robo. It is a Robo you're getting isn't it? You don't live anywhere near Durham do you lol?

That's what I will do. What cage from pets at home do you recommend?

I don't know that they'd have many good cages as the hamster heaven's online only. I don't know what they'd have instore, they might have some rat cages that are an alright size but then there's the problem of the height.
