If you keep the bottle inside the cage especially in a plastic holder, chances are it will get chewed up!You could hang it with industrial strength velcro very easily on the side of the cage where only the spout is reachable, since you plan on getting a Detolf. The food bowls should be fine, but it would be cheaper to use a ceramic dish as a sand bath and litter tray instead
A ceramic cereal bowl or something that is big enough for your hamsters to roll around in would work really nicely, and cost about half the price plus it can't be chewed up.
I would definitely suggest avoiding softwood shavings, and since Carefresh Shavings Plus contains shavings it isn't safe. You could use something like Kaytee Clean and Cozy or regular Carefresh though!Flying saucers can cause side arching,so that is an unnecessary cost as well. The BioBubble wheels seem okay for small hamsters, not sure if yours would potentially get over 3 inches in length though so an 8 inch wheel might be better for example a Wodent Wheel or Silent Runner would be great if you can find those
If not,a Comfort Wheel or Silent Spinner would be good as long as they work properly.
Kiwi sticks should be fine, same with the teeter totter. If you set up the puzzle playground with 4 entrances it would be okay,or you could go with a chewable toy instead
The corn husk toy looks great, maybe get two just in case though. The hideout has a level of sorts so it isn't very good for two hamsters
For one it would be perfect, but not for a pair unfortunately. The tree looks like it would be very difficult to climb as well,so I wouldn't buy it.
Posted at the same time, very awkward and nice though
Yes,hamsters are quite expensive! They're worth it though I think
