Today I had the urge to change Tilly's cage around as I had the day off.
She has a hamster heaven and has had it for maybe 6 weeks, she used to store all the food in the tubes and however much we tried to stop her she always put it straight back,
I never used the penthouse before but today I decided to add it to her cage.
She was sleeping and eating like normal so I added her new penthouse and had to disconnect some tubes to attach it all togheter, I emptied all her stashed food and left it in her cage while the I washed the tubes and connected then all to her new house,
She was soo excited and began exploring, she even removed some bedding from her normal little house and began taking it upstairs to her new room.
I also swapped the shelfs around and there seems to be more room and it seems more organised now.
There is lots of free space under the shelfs and she has a toilet corner and a bath corner,
Tilly seems happy and soo am I, she looks so cute when she pops her head up at the window of the penthouse.
She also had a little free time outside of the cage as I have bought my dolls house from when I was a child back to my flat, it's a my little pony house and after given it a good clean i I let Tilly expire inside,
She didn't want to come out and went in the little cot and bath,
she is back in her penthouse now after having some chicken and cucumber and must be warn out as she is asleep now
