and tried the velcro but it wasn't strong enough - think someone mentioned industrial strength velcro so may have to look into it

Didn't know there was such a thing as industrial strength?! I used normal velcro from the 99p shop

I had some Velcro with a sewing kit - just kept detaching during the night and making everything wet

On the plus side woke up this morning and water bottle still has water in and still attached to the side of the tank so it's a win all round!

If more Velcro could be added to the bottle and tank it may be more secure.

Can't do anything at the minute, been at work since 9am and finish tomorrow at 9am. It'll do for now until I can make it 100% secure and drip free
