Re: Anyone used this?
I saw a post on here recently from someone with a syrian hamster and pics of said hamster climbing all over it. They (the owner) was really really pleased with it.

Re: Anyone used this?
I was looking at these for my hamsters! I want to get them both one, they look really good. They are safe for hamsters, many people use them for their animals

Re: Anyone used this?
I have something similar that I got from Rodipet. I put mine in the freezer in a plastic bag for 2 or 3 days first to make sure there were no minute things living in it! They are good, but some are huge! I got one from Rodipet because they sold 30cm ones, and I just wanted it for a corner, but a big one could be nice if you have the space.

Re: Anyone used this?
I've been thinking of something like that for Lewis's cage at some point to give him something proper to clamber on. They do seem pretty huge though!

Re: Anyone used this?
After seeing them in a lot of German Chinese ham set ups I got Zephyr one, she totally ignored it

Serendipity, where did you get yours from?? Although I have a very big cage (especially for the tiny boy I bought home today - read my "excited" thread!) I wouldn't want it to take up most of the space!

Pinkneon
Bogwood can be used in hamster cages. It's often found in the fish section of pet shops. It might be wise to soak it as the colour comes out a bit.

I use these for my snakes.
I never thought of using one for a hamster before. But I think it's a great idea
